FAQ
A few things people ask.
Who DEXPHERE is for, and why a shared record of the house is worth having.
The product
What is DEXPHERE?
DEXPHERE is property technology for running a building well — and for living in one with a clear view of the home. Managers keep the operation. Residents keep a trusted window onto their own tenancy.
Why does it exist?
Because occupancy, rent, and repairs too often live in chat. That is fragile for a business and exhausting for a household. A shared record restores calm: fewer arguments, fewer lost papers, more confidence on both sides.
Is this a place to hunt for apartments?
No. DEXPHERE is for buildings already in care — the relationship between the people who live there and the people who manage them.
Residents
What do I get as a resident?
Clarity about the home you occupy, a straightforward view of rent, a way to raise repairs, and proof of payments when they are on the record. The point is peace of mind, not another inbox to manage.
Do I have to live in a DEXPHERE building to use this?
This site is for people connected to property on DEXPHERE. If your manager already uses it, joining is how you see your side of the house. If you are simply curious, the About page and a note to us are a good start.
How do I pay rent?
The way you already do with your manager. DEXPHERE is here so what is due — and the proof that it was received — is not a scavenger hunt.
Managers
What does DEXPHERE do for my business?
It gives the portfolio a professional backbone: who is in which unit, what rent looks like, what has been paid, and what still needs attention. That is how a building is run as an operation, not a group chat.
I live in one of my own properties. Can I still use this?
Yes. Many people are both resident and manager. Start here for the home you live in, and use Manage your property when you are looking after the buildings.
