What the house keeps, and why.

DEXPHERE stores the minimum needed to run a property: your name, email, optional phone, a profile photograph if you add one, and the lease, rent, payment, and repair records that attach to you.

Contact messages include the subject you choose, your message, and optionally a phone number. We use that to reply, not to sell a list.

Session cookies on this site are httpOnly. They exist so you do not paste tokens into the browser. We do not run advertising pixels on these pages.

Managers who already recorded you as a tenant may see the contact details they entered. If you register with the same email or phone, DEXPHERE may link that existing tenant record to your account so the unit appears on your desk.

Receipts can be fetched with a share token. Anyone with the link can download that PDF. Treat the link as a document, not as a secret chat.
