Using the desk.

These pages and the resident desk are for people who live in, or are about to live in, property recorded on DEXPHERE. Creating an account does not by itself create a tenancy. A lease still has to exist.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the name, email, and phone you give us. If those details match an unlinked tenant file, DEXPHERE may attach that file to you.

You must not use this site to impersonate a resident, to alter a payment record you do not own, or to share a receipt token as if it were public marketing.

The management desk is a separate application. Property creation, identity checks, and recording of rent sit there. Access to that desk does not waive the need for approved identity where the product requires it.

DEXPHERE may pause API actions during maintenance. The public pages can still be read. Messages, sign-in, and the resident desk wait until the platform is open again.

These terms describe the product as operated today. They are not a substitute for the tenancy agreement you signed with the owner of the unit.
